Baked cod in potato crust

An easy and tasty recipe: baked cod is a typical winter dish and especially for the Christmas period.


What do you need

4 sliced potatoes

3 tablespoons virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

Oregano to taste

2 fresh cod fish fillets (skin removed)

1 garlic clove


How to proceed

Heat the oven to 200 gr

Grease the pan with olive oil, arrange the fillets, add a stink of salt, pepper, oregano, oil and the chopped garlic.

Cover the fillets with the sliced ​​potatoes, season with oil, salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
