An easy and tasty recipe: baked cod is a typical winter dish and especially for the Christmas period.
What do you need
4 sliced potatoes
3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
2 fresh cod fish fillets (skin removed)
1 garlic clove
How to proceed
Heat the oven to 200 gr
Grease the pan with olive oil, arrange the fillets, add a stink of salt, pepper, oregano, oil and the chopped garlic.
Cover the fillets with the sliced potatoes, season with oil, salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
