Easy to prepare, moist and delicious for breakfast or afternoon snack! A recipe from William Sonoma that kids can prepare by themselves. All it takes is a mixing bowl, few ingredients and a wooden spoon!

What do you need?
3 ripe bananas.
2/3 cup of sugar.
1/3 cup of vegetable oil.
2 eggs.
1 and 2/3 cups of all purpos flour.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon of vnilla extract.
How to proceed?
Peel the banana and put in a mixing bowl with the sugar, smash with a fork, add the vegetable oil and the eggs and mix all the ingredients using a wooden spoon until smooth, add salt and vanilla.
Prepare the dry ingredients: In a bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder
Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and mix just until combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
Grease and lightly flour a baking loaf.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. It should be no more than two-thirds full.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake until the loaf is dark golden brown for 45 to 55 minutes.
