What do you need?
1 medium size head of cauliflower, cut into large florets
500 gr of béchamel (follow link for recipe)
40 gr of parmesan cheese
salt to taste
nutmeg to taste
How to proceed?
Preheat oven to 180 °C
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Clean the cauliflower and cut it into large florets.
Blanch it in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain and dry well .
In the meantime, prepare the béchamel sauce (follow the link for recipe).
Place the cauliflower florets in a large baking dish.
Cover with béchamel sauce and a lot of grated parmesan cheese ( the more you put the better it is).
Bake in the oven for 20 mins or until golden brown.
