Fried rice is a traditional Chinese and Thai preparation of cooked rice, vegetables, soy sauce, and aromatics. The ingredients are stir-fried in a large pan or wok for even flavor distribution. What do you need
200 gr Thai or basmati rice
2 tbs sesame oil
1 red onion
2 carrots
1 zucchini
Soy salse to taste
How to proceed
In a large pan heat the sesame oil over high heat, add the diced vegetables, season with salt, blend with the soy sauce. the vegetables must remain crunchy. rinse the sotyo rice with running water and cook it "a dente" in plenty of salted water. once ready, add it to the vegetables and cook for another two minutes. add soy sauce to taste
