Asian inspired flavors and very easy to make stir fry noodle recipe that’s ready in just under 15 minutes. Loaded with shrimps and veggies, and makes a perfectly delicious lunch or dinner.
What do you need
20 peeled shrimps tales
1 zucchini
1 carrot
1 little red onion
1 leek
3 tablespoon peas
300 gr rice noodles
Soy sauce (or oyster sauce).
Salt and oil to taste
How to proceed
Cut the vegetables into very small pieces and cook them in a large oiled pan over high heat for a few minutes so they will remain crunchy.
Add the shrimps and finish cooking. in the meantime, boil salted water to cook the noodles and, once cooked, add them to the vegetables and Shrimps.
For the ultimate oriental touch add soy or oyster sauce.
