Fresh ingredients are the main secret of this beautiful tasty dish! Therefore, what seafood to choose will be decided on the spot when you are at the fish market and you discover the catch of the day! You can choose to use a single seafood type (scalops, shrimps, fish fillets, OR various types of clams … ) or a mix of different ones. To prepare your seafood for this recipe follow these instructions:
Shrimp : peel by first removing the head then the tail shell. Run a tip of a knife along the back and pull out any visible dark tracks. Note that in some recipes (buzara) whole prawns and whole shrimps are included and no peeling or cleaning is requiered.
Razor clams wash and leave for at least 4 hours immersed in water and salt to clean them from the sand.
Scalops ask your fisherman to clean them and give you as well the shells to be used in the cooking process.
Note that when using razor clams after cleaning add them to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until all shells are opened (1 to 2 minutes). Pour the contents of the pan into a colander and drain. Discard any clams that haven’t opened.

What do you need?
Mixed of fresh seafood (the type to be decided with the fisherman and the quantity bases on how many people you are)
Breadcrumbs
Finely chopped parsley
Cruched Garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
How to proceed?
Preheat an oven to 200°C.
Prepare various baking pans and line with parchment paper.
Place the scallops in their cleaned shells and arrange on a baking tray.
Arrange the fish fillets and the shrimps on another baking tray.
Pull the razor clams out from the shells and remove the dark grey part, rinse the clams. Lay the shells onto a baking tray and place the meat back onto both sides of the shells.
In a bowl mix freshly chopped parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
Cover the seafood with the breadcrumbs mix drizzle with olive oil and cook in the oven for 8 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Notes:
This dish can be served with baked potatoes, don't hesitate to peel some potatoes slice them and place them in the baking sheet with the fish fillet!
