What do you need?
1kg of several cuts of meat (Chicken, beef ribs, brisket, chin etc..…)
2 onions peeled and left whole
2 carrots peeled
1 stalk of celery
Parsley, oregano and rosemary spring (optional)
cloves (optional)
How to proceed?
Place all of the meat, vegetables, and salt in a large pot over medium heat.
Add water to cover, and bring to a gentle simmer.
Remove any foam that forms on the surface with a skimmer.
Turn down the heat to low and cook for 2 hours
Allow the broth to cool slightly strain the broth by passing it through a sieve.
Your broth is ready! You can use it to enrich various recipes and soups.
