Homemade broth

Used in various kitchen preparations and soup , this broth is prepared with various cuts of meat it is soul-satisfying, has a enjoyable flavor and elevates any dish to a whole different level.

Cooking time: 120 mins

Prep time: 15 mins

Ingredients for 2l of broth

What do you need?

  • 1kg of several cuts of meat (Chicken, beef ribs, brisket, chin etc..…)

  • 2 onions peeled and left whole

  • 2 carrots peeled

  • 1 stalk of celery

  • Parsley, oregano and rosemary spring (optional)

  • cloves (optional)


How to proceed?


  1. Place all of the meat, vegetables, and salt in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Add water to cover, and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. Remove any foam that forms on the surface with a skimmer.

  4. Turn down the heat to low and cook for 2 hours

  5. Allow the broth to cool slightly strain the broth by passing it through a sieve.

  6. Your broth is ready! You can use it to enrich various recipes and soups.
