An easy to make yet exciting appetizer. A spreadable cheese based on sheep ricotta, flavored with paprika. This dish comes from the Austro-Hungarian cuisine and was adopted and transformed over time by the people of Trieste to become a typical dish of their cuisine. We love to serve this cheese spread in a rustic pottery crock with sliced toasted brown bread. It is delicious!
