Our suggestions for New year's eve menu!

Searching for ideas of what to cook on new year's eve?

We hope that our posts in the past weeks can give you some inspiration. For the seafood lovers you can find our Spaghetti alla busara: spaghetti with scampi busara, or "Moscardini alla Luciana”: baby octopus in red sauce. However, we have also thought of a special menu that brings together some of our favorite recipes: for appetizer “scarola alla napoletana”, an amazing Neapolitan recipe that transforms a simple lettuce into a triumph of flavors. Our choice of the first course needs no introduction: le lasagne alla bolognese. We suggest you enjoy it with a freshly homemade pasta. For our main course we prepared the elegant beef wellington and for dessert a mirtillisù a variant of the famous classical Italian tiramisu.
