Potato chips

How many times your children ask to buy and eat the packaged potato chips that you find displayed in every bar and supermarket?

We made them at home! It is not difficult, follow our recipe and discover the small secret to make them as good and crunchy as the store bought packs.

Ingredients for 4 people

What do you need?


  • 4 potatoes (preferably all the same size).

  • Sunflower oil.

  • Salt to taste.


How to proceed?


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them very thin with the help of a vegetable slicer.

  2. Store the potato slices for half an hour in a bowl filled with cold water.

  3. Dry them with a dry cloth and fry them in a pan of boiling oil making sure To add one slice at a time to keep them from sticking to each other. (It only takes a minute to cook them, be careful not to burn them).

  4. Drain the fried potatoes on an absorbent cloth sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.

Your favorite potato chips are ready to be enjoyed!
