What do you need?
500 gr of shelled shrimps.
2 limes (juice).
2 garlic cloves.
2 teaspoons of tabasco sauce.
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika powder.
1 teaspoon of chili powder.
2 fresh spicy peppers.
2 fresh sweet peppers.
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
Salt to taste.
Fresh coriander leaves to decorate.
How to proceed?
In a mixing bowl add lime juice, two tablespoons of oil, salt and paprika and let the shrimp tails marinate for half an hour.
Prepare the chili sauce by blending the chillies and peeled garlic cloves. Add the tabasco sauce, oil and mix well.
In a pan over medium low heat cook the sauce for a few minutes.
Add the marinated shrimps. cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
Decorate with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot over tortillas bread adding various toppings of your choice.
