For us one of the joy of cooking comes from discovering new ingredients, recipes and food traditions of various continents, countries, regions!

Food has always been a social and cultural marker, a bright expression of a country’s heritage and history. Since one of the main pillars of lesartichokes idea when it was born was to travel around the world from our home kitchen through cooking, we created SPIN THE SPOON!

This project will take you around the globe discovering various countries through the flavors of their local cuisines!

Every month we will spin the spoon and see where our culinary curiosity will take us! We will present for you a typical menu of the country/region/area where our spinning spoon will stopover! We will feature recipes that are easy-to-prepare, with delicious flavors that will take you around the world discovering various cultures and eating habits of the globe!
