What do you need
200g fresh ricotta
120g of strawberries
80 gr sugar
The zest of a lemon
Optional for dressing: shortbread cookies, meringues, diced strawberries
How to proceed
Cut the strawberries into regular pieces, add a spoonful of sugar and a drop of lemon and place them on the bottom of some single portion bowls.
Mix the ricotta and sugar and pour it over strawberries.
we preferred to decorate them with more strawberries because they were too good but if you want can add a layer of crumbled shortbread cookies or meringues at the bottom.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour before tasting.
