A yogurt based cake, where the vase of the yogurt is used to measure all the other ingredients!

What do you need?
1 pot of yoghurt (feel free to choose the taste you prefer the most).
2 pots of sugar.
3 pots of all-purpose flour.
1 pot of sunflower oil.
2 eggs .
1 pinch of salt.
11 grams of baking powder.
1 or 2 additional ingredients of your choice: pieces of bananas or apples, chocolate or nuts, Orange or lemon zest, various aromas.
How to proceed?
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, one by one, using the original pot of yogurt as a measuring unit, and following the order in the list of ingredients.
Wisk all the ingredients with the spoon until smooth.
Grease and lightly flour a baking loaf.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. It should be no more than two-thirds full.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake until the loaf is dark golden brown for 45 to 55 minutes
