What do you need?
350 gr of Greek thick yogurt
2 to 3 medium cucumber grated
1 garlic clove grated
120 gr of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
30 gr of red wine vinegar
4 gr of dill
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
How to proceed?
Wash the cucumber and grate it on the grater.
Squeeze it with your hands to drain the liquids and put it in a bowl.
Add the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and mix.
Add the dill, salt and pepper. Mix
Taste and a little vinegar if necessary.
refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.
