To get to know Spanish cuisine is not enough tapear during the happy hour (although it is very fun!)
In fact it is not possible to know Spanish cuisine without having eaten the famous paella and drunk sangria!
.. but Spanish cuisine is much more! each region has its own traditional dishes and there is nothing better than a dinner with friends to discover some of them!
Our journey continued beyond Catalonia throw the Basque Country and into Galicia with a fresh gazpacho, Salpicòn de mariscos, Pulpo a la Galega with romesco sauce, Baked honey glazed pork ribs calçots with romesco sauce and Estofat de pop i patata
...and finally we come back in Barcelona for a sweet Catalan cream!
