What do you need?
200gr of feta cheese
10gr of Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced or to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon of dry oregano
Fresh thyme (optional)
Chili flakes for a spicy version (optional)
How to proceed?
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
In the bowl of an electric whisk, add the yogurt. Mix well.
Once the mixture is whipped, add oil, vinegar, the chilli and add the oregano.
Mix well and let it rest in the fridge for about an hour.
