WHO WE ARE

CLARA AND JIHANE

Clara, from Trieste (Italy) lawyer, wife of Federico, Leo's mother. Her passion for cooking was born as a child when, instead of prepacked attractive snacks of her companions, she used to bring  to school cakes and fruit juices prepared the afternoon before with her grandparents ... In those afternoons she discovers that, through good food you can take care of loved ones.

Jihane, a multipotentialite born in Wadi el Karam (Lebanon) that carries in her heart the Middle Eastern hospitality.  Inspired by her grandmother, that used to gather the family every sunday for lunch, she strongly believes that mealtimes are sensory experiences that can be used for relationship building, cultural discovery and for creating memorable moments!
